Leading International Teams

Intercultural teams are characterized by a high degree of creativity and flexibility. However, they also carry a particularly high potential for conflict. As a team leader, you need to understand the culturally influenced values of your team members, what shapes their behavior, and what leadership means in other cultures.

Depending on the cultural environment in which you operate as a leader, different expectations will be placed on you. You should be able to adapt your behavior to changing and challenging situations. The shift in perspective required for this necessitates an examination of your own personality and culture.

In this leadership training, you will reflect on your own communication style and learn effective tools for successful leadership in an intercultural context. You will practice proven communication and conflict management techniques and develop alternative courses of action in your role as a team leader of a multicultural team. This will enable you and your team members to generate new, innovative solutions and leverage the positive aspects of cultural diversity.

Digital Leadership in Practice

Digital transformation is fundamentally changing the way organizations collaborate, communicate, and lead. Leaders are increasingly required to manage hybrid teams, navigate technological change, and create an environment that promotes innovation and adaptability.

Successful digital leadership goes beyond the implementation of new technologies. It requires a clear vision, effective communication, and the ability to guide employees through periods of uncertainty and transformation. Leaders must foster trust, encourage collaboration, and empower teams to thrive in a dynamic digital workplace.

In this training program, participants will explore the key principles of digital leadership and learn practical strategies for leading in a technology-driven environment. Through interactive exercises and real-world examples, they will develop the skills needed to strengthen team performance, drive innovation, and successfully lead organizational change in the digital age.

Jobsharing

Organizations are increasingly adopting flexible working models to attract and retain talent, promote work-life balance, and ensure business continuity. Job sharing enables two professionals to successfully share responsibility for one position while combining their expertise, perspectives, and strengths.

To realize the full potential of job sharing, clear agreements, effective communication, and mutual trust are essential. Without a structured framework, misunderstandings, inefficiencies, or role ambiguities can arise and limit the success of the partnership.

In this training, participants learn the key success factors of effective collaboration in a job-sharing setting. They explore practical approaches to communication, stakeholder management, decision-making, role clarification, and knowledge transfer between tandem partners.

Through interactive exercises and real-life examples, participants develop strategies to create a seamless and productive partnership. The result is a collaborative working model that increases flexibility, strengthens employee engagement, and delivers sustainable value for organizations.

AI in Everyday Leadership

Artificial Intelligence is rapidly transforming the workplace and creating new opportunities for leaders to increase efficiency, improve decision-making, and support their teams more effectively. At the same time, many managers are asking themselves how AI can be integrated into daily leadership practices in a meaningful, responsible, and people-centered way.

Successful leadership in the age of AI requires more than an understanding of new technologies. Leaders must be able to identify practical use cases, evaluate opportunities and risks, and foster a culture in which employees can confidently embrace innovation and change.

In this training, participants explore how artificial intelligence can support core leadership tasks such as communication, decision-making, knowledge management, employee development, and team collaboration. They gain practical insights into current AI tools and learn how to integrate them effectively into their daily work.

Through hands-on exercises, real-life examples, and interactive discussions, participants develop the skills needed to leverage AI as a leadership tool while maintaining trust, transparency, and a strong focus on people. The result is a modern leadership approach that combines technological innovation with effective and sustainable people management.

Navigating the VUCA and BANI World

Organizations today operate in an environment characterized by constant change, uncertainty, complexity, and disruption. Leaders are expected to make sound decisions, provide direction, and maintain team performance even when faced with unpredictable challenges and rapidly evolving business conditions.

The concepts of VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity) and BANI (Brittle, Anxious, Nonlinear, and Incomprehensible) describe the realities that shape modern leadership. Successfully navigating these environments requires resilience, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and the ability to inspire confidence in times of change.

In this training, participants explore the impact of VUCA and BANI dynamics on organizations, teams, and leadership practices. They learn practical strategies for managing uncertainty, strengthening decision-making, fostering psychological safety, and leading through transformation.

Through interactive exercises, reflection, and real-world business examples, participants develop the skills needed to respond effectively to complex situations, embrace change, and guide their teams with confidence in an increasingly unpredictable world.

Unconscious Bias in Leadership

Who do you enjoy listening to? Whose ideas and advice do you take most seriously, and in what context? How do you provide feedback?

In this Unconscious Bias Training, we focus on three key aspects of everyday leadership: how information is perceived and processed, how decisions are made in complex situations, and how leaders respond to consensus, dissent and critical perspectives. We explore how different types of bias, such as affinity bias or the Pygmalion effect, can influence these processes.

Participants learn practical strategies to identify and mitigate the influence of unconscious bias, enabling them to assess available information more deliberately and reduce the risk of misjudgments from the outset of the decision-making process.

These include how you absorb and process information, decision-making in complex situations, and how you handle conformist and critical opinions. You will learn how to neutralize the influence of unconscious bias to ensure the most objective assessment of available information right from the start of a decision-making process.

Feedback, as an important leadership tool, is also subject to numerous cognitive biases, and there is a high probability that your feedback is influenced more by your unconscious biases than by objective facts about the person’s performance. Objective, fair feedback supports employees and teams in realizing their full performance and development potential. In our training, you will learn what to look for when giving and receiving feedback, and which unconscious cognitive biases can distort your performance evaluations.

You will reflect on your most significant leadership biases, practice methods for “managing” them, and receive tips for bias-free and inclusive leadership.

Inclusive Leadership - Leading Diverse Teams Successfully

As a leader, you are responsible for building trust, fostering strong relationships and creating effective teams. This is often challenging with diverse teams, and it requires a range of leadership skills and tools to ensure that a team does not falter due to its heterogeneous composition but instead can fully leverage the empirically proven benefits of diversity.

In this diversity training, you will familiarize yourself with the importance of diversity and inclusion in the context of inclusive leadership and reflect on your own leadership philosophy. You will recognize the impact of unconscious bias on your team’s performance and learn about available countermeasures. You will discover a range of practical methods and tools for inclusive leadership and practice implementing them.

This will make it easier for you to build and foster trust and psychological safety among your diverse team members.
