• Comprehensive trainer training, e.g., as a diversity trainer
• Recognized coaching training (depending on the target group)
• Regular participation in continuing education to expand knowledge (applied psychology, neuroscientific studies, etc.) and methodological expertise (agile methods, experiential activities, etc.)
• Teaching skills and sensitivity to participants’ individual needs
• A professional demeanor, flexibility, and the ability to work well in a team
• Proficiency in using MS Teams, Zoom, etc., both technically and methodologically

 It is important to us to understand exactly what learning goals your employees have and what their current proficiency levels are. For this reason, we conduct a precise assessment of their existing language skills (online) and use a detailed needs analysis to determine their specific objectives. Based on this, we design a customized language training program that truly helps learners better master the challenges of their jobs. Of course, we do not follow a “rigid approach.” The learners and their needs are at the center of our focus, and they can help shape the “direction” of their language course at any time.
